Meet Our Wellness Director and Weight Loss Consultant

Kelli has been working for Low T Nation as our Wellness Director and Weight loss coach for the last three years. Prior to working with us, she had committed herself to her own weight loss journey. As a single, working parent with two toddler children, she began making shifts in diet, nutrition and physical activity resulting in a weight loss of 70lbs, decrease in body fat percentage of nearly 20%, and a complete body recomposition.


This experience and challenge of undergoing a weight loss transformation fueled Kelli's desire to learn more about the science of body composition and how it is impacted through food and physical activity. She is a certified nutritionist with an extensive knowledge in metabolic sciences. Having navigated the struggles and frustrations of losing weight, she now has a passion for working with other individuals to guide and help them toward their own personal goals.


Kelli is a firm believer in safe, successful, sustainable fat loss and possesses the knowledge and adaptive experience to guide others in a personalized approach to long term fat loss.
